This lovely 2 bed house with stunning views over Haslar Marina and a lake is located in Rampart Row, Gosport. Sit on the sofa and look out of all windows where you feel surrounded by water.

The entrance (reached by 6 wooden steps) brings you onto a small hallway with 7 steps leading up to kitchen/living/dining area and 6 steps down to bedrooms/bathroom.

Large living/dining area with balcony of full length of house to take advantage of views over garden, Esplanade Walkway and Haslar Marina. Fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher). There is a large breakfast bar. Living and dining areas containing table and chairs, fitted storage cupboard, sofa, coffee table, side tables and TV. The balcony has table and chairs.

Downstairs there is one double and one single bedroom with selection of wardrobe and drawer space. Large fully tiled bathroom with bath (shower above bath), heated towel rail, storage, shaving point and mirror with lights. Small hall cupboard containing washing machine and freezer. Storage space available under stairs for suitcases. Both bedrooms have door access to courtyard garden with secure gate access to Esplanade Walkway. Patio furniture is provided.
